Program Analyst

We’re looking for a Program Analyst to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with the Customer Operations team, you will help determine how Customer Operations will best support Snapchatters around the world through innovative channels, processes, and technologies. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you’ll work with the Operations, Engineering, Product, and other teams throughout the company to effectively scope, plan, and execute on special projects.
What you’ll do:
- Recommend new capabilities by assessing current customer support channels and functions
- Develop and track internal/external business metrics related to new projects and capabilities
- Develop and execute on optimization opportunities
- Collaborate with the Operations, Engineering, Product, and other teams to scope, evaluate, and implement new capabilities
- Manage cross-team updates, communications, and prioritization of projects
- Conduct market research on leading innovators in digital customer support functions
- Identify and implement process improvement and quality assurance opportunities for the Customer Operations team
- Support the project management and reporting efforts for your team, as well as ad-hoc initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst and/or project management role
- A background in Business, Operations, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Someone with a deep knowledge of building new business processes and technology solutions
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges into actionable plans
- A detail-oriented individual with strong business acumen and the ability to communicate within all levels of the organization
- A passion for Snapchat and creativity!
