Who We’re Seeking:

A Omaze is looking for a smart, driven and savvy Product Manager to help us define the future of charitable giving.

We have big ambitions. Great ideas. And we need your considerable IQ and EQ to help us chart the right path.

Product Management at Omaze is a cross-functional, hands-on role. You’ll be finding - and solving - new problems every day. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers, designers, marketers, and executives who have a very big stake in what you’re building. You need to be creative, organized, accountable, thoughtful, and curious. (A technical background helps.) You need to be able to rock a spreadsheet, figure out a wireframe, talk meaningfully with customers and interpret the cross-tabs from data science. You’re persuasive, not pushy. You have deep empathy for customers. And you’re excited about doing something with your craft that does real good in the world.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced. You've built and shipped products. You know how to get things designed, built, and shipped.
• Accountable. Your word is gold. Promises get kept; bad news gets surfaced immediately.
• Curious. You’re always wondering how things work, or how to make things better.
• Insightful. You have a fresh take on things that often turns out to be the best way.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver key product features throughout our businesses
• Own your feature end-to-end: do competitive assessment; work with UX to design it and engineering to build and deploy it; communicate across the organizations to remove blockers and deliver a great product in time!
• Work with the data science team to design, deploy and evaluate the results of A/B tests

Our Ideal Candidate:

• You have 3-5 years of professional Product Management experience in a software or e-commerce organization
• You have designed and shipped customer-facing features
• You have a track record of making good decisions based on data (and have hands-on familiarity with A/B testing)
• You’re exceptionally organized, efficient, and able to drive projects cross-functionally
• You know how to work in an Agile environment
• You have a bachelor’s degree (MBA a plus!)
• Bonus points if you have experience working on platforms or building mobile experiences
