Introducing our Venture Build Team.

Program Overview.
We are looking for Undergraduate and Graduate students currently pursing Bachelors and Graduate degrees. The 10-week internship program will allow interns to gain valuable experience to work on one of our current Ventures.
As an Intern, you will need:- Currently pursuing an MBA or BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject from an accredited University
- Experience with strategy development, business planning, as well as quantitative and financial modeling
- Experience in a high-pressure start-up environment with exposure to multidisciplinary teams and/or involvement with a top-tier consulting firm

- Able to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently within a team
- Creative problem solver
- 1+ years of relevant experience
- Entrepreneurial drive (start-up and future visioning experience)
- Find fulfillment in building great products
- Experience with test-driven development
- Contribute to design-relevant discovery, ideation and concept/product design and development
- Contribute to design deliverables for brand, consumer-focused creative for print collateral, digital interfaces, and potentially assist in building stakeholder communication collateral
- Work with strategic design to gain an understanding of user personas, pain points and journeys
- Provide insights into product, technology and market trends
- Develop feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, analytics tools, and A/B testing
- Monitor and report on product KPIs
- Manage creative assignments with a high degree of autonomy
- Assist with the development of business cases and operating plans
- Assist in the development of materials to communicate progress to partners and clients
- Respond well to constructive critique
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Strategic Design, Experience Design, Engineering, Product Management, Digital Production, Motion Design and Venture Architecture
- Create production-ready digital assets
