Why is the Technology team important to Beachbody?

 

Beachbody’s technology team is leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm. They provide applications from consumer-facing eCommerce and high traffic CRM for our Coach network to data platforms and core enterprise applications which are at the heart of Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine.  

 

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Principal Agile Coach?

• Interacting and engaging technology management and leadership providing guidance, coaching, and implementation of Agile practices, values, and principles

• Working with department leadership and management to partner and engage with business stakeholders so that we may align technology agile practices across the enterprise

• Providing Mentorship and Coaching to the Agile office team members and guiding continuous improvement of the Agile Coaching team (Agile Office).

We’d love to chat if you have...

•  Been working as an Agile coach for a minimum of eight years and have experience with at least three different Agile frameworks ( e.g. Lean, Scrum, Extreme Programming)

•  Experience transitioning an enterprise to Agile methodologies

•  Experience with and are well-versed in the concept and practice of Servant Leadership

•  Certified Scrum Professional® (CSP)

•  Experience evangelizing Agile at industry events
