    • Partner Operations Manager - Digital Media

      Amobee is seeking a Partner Operations Manager who works proactively and collaboratively with Amobee partners and core business teams to ensure high-quality and flawless operational management that drive results for customers at Amobee.

      We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual with technical aptitude and a desire to learn -- who is ready to play a critical role in our overall, growing success. Primary responsibility is to manage the onboarding and integration of partner data into Amobee and collaborate with both internal and external teams to ensure a seamless experience.  Additional key functions include working with product and business development to identify, shape and drive data marketplace process improvements and serve as a subject matter expert to internal teams and external clients on partner operations.

      Continually seeking ways to share insights and enhance the operational processes is a key component of this role.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Become an expert on the Amobee partner data integration workflow.

      • Manage custom ingestions and the operational processes and efficiencies around data ingestion.

      • Create and manage partner operations projects that include enhancing data monitoring, maximizing data usage, and optimizing partner integrations.

      • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, product, business development and client teams to implement operational improvements and design new processes to support data products and partner offerings.

      • Develop and maintain a deep, understanding of technical solutions, products and positioning offered by Amobee.

      • Analyze performance data to investigate hypotheses and to identify meaningful patterns in large, multi-dimensional datasets.

      • Support inquiries from internal Amobee teams and partners related to data operations and do appropriate outreach to prioritize projects.

      • Leverage Excel and Amobee internal tools for analytics and reporting.

      • Manage delivery standards and create ad hoc reports for data partners.

       

      Required skills/experience

      • Bachelor degree required and math, computer science or economics degree preferred.

      • Minimum 3-5 years of work experience in an operations role, ideally in a software/technology company.

      • Self-starter who can think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment; comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change.

      • Ability to investigate, analyze and solve problems, and clearly communicate results both internally at Amobee and externally with partners and customers.

      • Excellent organizational skills, diligent, and accustomed to handling multiple responsibilities and tasks.

      • Strong writing and proofing skills.

      • Expert in Excel & MS Office apps.

      • Eager to get hands-on with the technology and figure out how things work.
