In a couple months, we will ship the most funded HARDWARE Kickstarter campaign in history - the Superbook.

To orchestrate the launch, we are looking for someone hardworking and ambitious to be our Operations Manager, based in Los Angeles. This person will act as a Mini-COO, handling operational projects within the company to help us run smoother on sales, marketing, customer support, strategic planning, and more. You will be given an incredible amount of responsibility and will work directly with the CEO.

And while you’ll always be given the support you need, to truly succeed in this role, you will need to step up as both a leader and as an owner. You are the type of person who takes ownership of what you have on your plate, and no matter how full it is, you’re always seeking out new opportunities to make an impact.

This is a full-time, high-impact, high-visibility role based out of Los Angeles. Our team is led by alumni from Google and Y Combinator, and is backed by leading investors including Social Capital and 500 Startups.

Responsibilities: 
- Managing our customer support team and process 
- Being analytical and having the ability to make data-driven decisions. 
- Supporting the leadership team in every facet of running operations. 
- Identify and find scalable solutions to operational projects within the company 
- Support our product launch in the US and in our first international market

You are: 
- Strong analytical thinker and planner 
- Comfortable with prioritizing, planning and executing on multiple projects 
- Willing to dive in deep into solving tough, often ambiguous problems 
- Eager to find ways to automate solutions or "do a lot with a little" 
- Great a communicating across the team to coordinate projects

Great to haves: 
- Prior operational experience at a startup OR banking or mgmt. consulting 
- Basic excel or technical skills 
- Love gadgets, electronics, etc.
