HopSkipDrive is a ride service for kids that makes life easier for busy parents. Created by three moms who understand the challenges of getting kids to activities, and the safety concerns with putting their children in someone else’s car, our service is designed to be simple, convenient, reliable and safe. HopSkipDrive creates a shared community of parents, CareDrivers, and local kid businesses within a neighborhood and part of our mission is to build stronger communities.

What We are Looking For:        

HopSkipDrive needs an Operations Associate to join a growing HopSkipDrive team and help onboard CareDrivers. This is a critical job as CareDrivers are the heart of our business and selecting the right CareDriver is everything. You will recruit CareDrivers from multiple sources, make sure they meet our high standards, and help get them onboarded. You will verify drivers through our certification process and ensure that CareDrivers continue to be the best caregivers out there.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit drivers onto the HopSkipDrive platform
• Guide drivers through the on-boarding process via text, phone and email
• Review intake forms, schedule interviews and phone screens, perform reference checks
• Make sure all driver documentation is compliant
• Organize and conduct weekly driver orientations
• Answer all emails and calls from prospective drivers
• Organize and help driver training events
• Compile weekly reports on metrics and goals
• Maintain our brand identity at all times

Who You Are:        

You are outgoing and friendly and have excellent people skills. You can “read” people within minutes of meeting them. You have excellent written and oral communications skills. You have an analytical mind and like to solve challenging problems. You are proficient in Excel, Word, and Google Docs. You love to multi-task and can handle large responsibilities with minimal oversight. You understand the importance of paying close attention to detail and are supremely organized.
