Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience driving growth & acquisition via Paid Social, Display Marketing, SEM
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. economics, statistics)
- Expertise in using Facebook Power Editor, Google AdWords.
- Exceptional analytical abilities with a high attention to details
- Ability to identify trends and turn data into actionable business insights and hypothesis
- Creative problem solver with a balance of strategic thinking and detailed execution
- Exceptionally-detailed knowledge of metrics, specifically A/B, multi-variant testing and ROI analysis
- Strong time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter mentality with drive to succeed
- Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Familiarity with marketing management tools (e.g. Marin, Kenshoo, Nanigans) preferred
- Experience in SQL a plus
- Manage a portfolio of performance marketing campaigns including paid social and display across multiple verticals and geos
- Conduct hands-on bid optimization; Develop and implement strategies for targeting, creative, and funnel optimization to meet and exceed volume & ROI targets
- Work with the creative and content team to develop creative assets and drive the creative testing roadmap
- Communicate A/B test results and recommendations from programs with team and senior leadership
- Prioritize execution strategy based on revenue potential
- Stay ahead of industry trends and leverage emerging capabilities in the digital landscape
