The Client Services team is a group of account management professionals who specialize in the exciting world of online display advertising. The Client Services team is seeking an energetic and highly-detail oriented individual who can assist with setting up new client accounts and quickly troubleshoot internal account issues. Working closely with the Sr. Account Manager and Account Director, the Account Coordinator is responsible for monitoring communication, timelines and overall client life cycle within the internal teams. 

You will:

  • Walk new clients through our platform which includes creative review, budget review, and the launch process
  • Helping throughout the initial pixel, creative, and set up phases and answer any client questions that may arise
  • Help clients become experts on the platform.
  • Work towards "Go Live" goals and communicate with clients throughout the launch process
  • Proactively follow up with clients to get them live quickly
  • Sustain working knowledge of new and existing SteelHouse product offerings.

You Have:

  • An ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for advertising and support great creative work.
  • A proven ability to build relationships with clients and co-workers.
  • The ability to work effectively individually and as part of a team, while fostering a collaborative and harmonious work environment.
  • The ability to keep cool under pressure and help others do the same.
  • The ability to work well with people with varying personalities.
  • Taken active measures to solve problems and commit to a high level of service.
  • A Bachelor’s degree 
  • Internet/technology savvy
  • Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in the ad tech industry or online marketing (a plus)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Familiarity with Zendesk is a plus.
