Office Manager
We are a company in a high growth stage looking for an Office Manager to help run the office. We are looking for an someone to organize and coordinate administration duties and office procedures, create and maintain a pleasant work environment, and ensure high levels of organizational effectiveness, communication and safety.
Office Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person
- Provide general administrative support to employees
- Organize office layout
- Assist HR
- Building Maintenance
- Manage ingoing and outgoing mail/deliveries
- Client gifts
- Order office equipment and keeping kitchen stocked
- Billing
- Errands
- Planning and organizing company social activities
- Coordinate weekly lunches
- Experience as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
- Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office & G Suite
- Excellent time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
