What we’re looking for:

We’re looking for an Office Coordinator to be responsible for all office administration and procedures at our new office space. The Office Coordinator will be interested in joining a fast-growing start-up environment with a tremendous opportunity to learn and grow his/her career within the organization.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Serve as the receptionist at our front desk by greeting visitors, answering all incoming office phone calls, managing mail drop off/pick up, etc.
  • Manage general office maintenance, order kitchen and office supplies/equipment, and organize and schedule meetings and appointments as necessary
  • Ensure the physical office space, including kitchen and conference rooms, are maintained to the highest standards possible
  • Partner with HR to implement and maintain office records and policies as well as take on miscellaneous projects
  • Support team members company wide and assist with special projects
  • Assist with company events and contribute to the unique Hollar culture!

What you’ll need:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1+ year experience in customer service, office administration and/or human resources
  • Prior office-based clerical experience in a related industry preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely well-organized with high attention to detail
  • Ability to liaise well with others, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
  • Discretion and sound judgment necessary
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus
