We need you - the energizer bunny. The one that keeps the entire machine moving in the right direction. As the office coordinator, you will oversee all office operations and procedures no matter how big or small. The amount of hats you will have to wear in this position is about equivalent to the number Grammys Adele has won...and you know she’s going to win more.
THE OPPORTUNITY
  • Maintain office services by organizing all office operations and procedures
  • Manage and oversee any maintenance issues with office building and landlord
  • Review and approve supply requisitions
  • Man the front desk and receive clients and guests
  • Daily catering coordination
  • Complete any necessary clerical functionsImprove office efficiency by evaluating existing office systems
  • Assist in managing company culture
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • 1+ years experience with office coordination ideally at a fast growing startup
  • Ability to juggle several tasks at once
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Solid communication skills
  • Organization and prioritization skills a must
  • Composure in the face of adverse circumstances
