Office Coordinator:

We're looking for an energetic and friendly Office Coordinator to be the face of Reformation's Downtown LA office.

The Office Coordinator will act as the first point of contact for all guests, as well as support our Office Manager, Operations and HR departments with tasks as needed. The Office Coordinator plays an essential role in setting a positive and professional tone for the entire office and our visitors.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome visitors by greeting them warmly, in person or on the telephone.
  • Notify staff of visitor arrival.
  • Ensure building security by monitoring visitor entry.
  • Helping to manage leadership team’s calendar.
  • Maintain attractive and tidy reception area.
  • Assist Office Manager with administrative, research, and clerical tasks.
  • Manage all relationships with office vendors including equipment, telephone, wireless,and mail.
  • Organize information about the facilities and keep staff informed of any changes.
  • Proactively maintain all office equipment to ensure everything is running smoothly.
  • Order and maintain inventory of office snacks & produce program and office supplies.
  • Make sure kitchen and meeting spaces are stocked with supplies, snacks, and furniture as needed.
  • Communicate when space needs special work scheduled or upgrades performed.
  • Other tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Do all of the above in a way that's as friendly as possible to the environment.
  • Make sure everyone who walks in the door has a positive impression of Reformation!

Who You Are:

  • Positive and supportive, able to work under pressure with a helpful attitude, team player.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects at once.
  • High standards of customer service.
  • You love environmental sustainability and community-building.

What You'll Need:

  • 1+ year relevant administrative experience in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 8:30AM-5:30PM.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Google Apps and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
  • Big plus if you have experience working at a retail company previously or a passion for clothing!
  • Spanish speaker preferred

We have 2 offices in Los Angeles: In a trendy outdoor mall at The Platform in Culver City with great restaurants and cafes and in Vernon.
