Golden Hippo Media is seeking NetSuite Administrator to assist in out Netsuite implementation. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Security Role development
  • User provisioning
  • Form customizations
  • KPI dashboard development
  • Analytics development
  • Data Management (batch changes)
  • Testing will be key particularly when there are new releases 2 times per year
  • Issue triage and support coordination with NetSuite
  • Configure and customize Netsuite application to meet business needs
  • Provide on-going general systems administration support
  • Contribute to continuous improvement opportunities in a growing technology team

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • ERP implementation experience
  • Demonstrated proficiency with configuring the NetSuite accounting and finance modules, CRM, item and inventory management
  • Familiar with using One World subsidiary structures, SuiteScript, and SuiteSolutions tools
  • Ability to setup the NetSuite user interface, standard NetSuite process flows, SuiteAnalytics (such as reports, saved searches, KPIs, and dashboards)
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Strong analytical, quantitative and problem-solving abilities

EDUCATION & CERTIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite Required
  • NetSuite Certified Suite Foundation preferred
