Who We're Seeking:

A Merchandise Coordinator who is passionate about merchandising, product design, and e-commerce. This individual thrives in a fast paced environment, is incredibly detail oriented and organized, and can contribute to an evolving structure.

Key responsibilities:

  • Create the merchandise strategy and source the product for all Omaze product lines.
  • Research the demographic and context of each Omaze campaign, and work with partners both internal and external to design product that amplifies donations.
  • Establish pricing that maximizes donations while optimizing against our margin targets.
  • Own sourcing process from working with outside vendors to placing purchase orders and managing through ex-factory
  •  Drive creativity in our product assortment
  • Dig into analytics to support direction of future assortments and forecasts
  • Work with cross-functional teams to execute on merchandise strategy for all campaigns, including designers, copywriters, campaign managers, and video
  • Proactively build internal tools and processes to drive efficiency and prepare for scale

Our ideal candidate:

  • You have 1-3 years of experience in a merchandising function
  • You have experience with e-commerce
  • You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • You can communicate clearly and collaboratively with both internal and external partners
  • You thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • You take your work seriously, but not yourself

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
