Who We're Seeking:
A savvy Merchandise Coordinator who is passionate about operational efficiencies and improvements. You obsess over every detail while maintaining the big picture. You love retail, problem-solving and are insanely organized.
Key responsibilities:
- Create the merchandise strategy across numerous campaigns; includes design conception, pricing models, managing 3rd party vendors and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Analyze historical data surrounding each experience to support forecasting future experiences based on tier designation
- Lead the merchandise ordering process from art creation through final delivery to our 3PL
- Draw winners for each campaign
- Maintain and grow internal department process and structures improvements laid out by department head
- Supply all art assets to designated vendors
- Ensure customer service has correct info and support for each request
- Tracking mid-campaign orders to determine any necessary changes to the price, copy image, reward
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute merchandise strategy (design, copywriters, campaigns and video)
