We are getting ready to launch and scale a stealth Digital B2B Marketplace startup, ready to transform the recycling space. Financially backed and operationally supported by one of the largest family owned industrial goods companies in Europe and BCGDV, this startup is well positioned to disrupt the $300 billion global recycling market, infusing cutting edge technology into an industry primed for innovation.
 
We are looking for an exceptional talent who will work the executive leadership team and own the end to end success of this disruptive startup. 
 
As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will use your skills to:
· Drive performance of our multi-channel growth strategy based on business needs, including both digital and traditional channels. More specifically, you will:
· Create, optimize, and analyze digital (and potentially offline) marketing campaigns for a diverse range of initiatives (e.g. lead generation, user sign-ups, driving conversions and retargeting
campaigns)
· Develop/update reporting that tracks KPIs and business metrics to uncover actionable trends, insights and forecasts
· Build and maintain relationships with key business partners and internal teams, including advertising vendors and product managers
· Track and report on KPIs related to user growth, marketing spend and ROI
· Developing marketing nurturing programs to accelerate the flow of leads through the sales funnel
· Use a data driven approach to continuously refine marketing messaging / plan
· Focus on website conversion and create landing pages to drive conversions through relevant calls to action.
· Continuously and effectively optimize the conversion process working with the product team.
· Own and optimize the customer experience through a variety of touch points including emails, content and social channels

As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will need:
 
· 3 – 5 years of tactical digital marketing experience
· Experience in B2B marketing
· Proven proficiency with Google Analytics. Data-driven with previous experience reporting on site metrics and providing insight to decision-makers
· Expert Knowledge of effective SEO practices
· Experienced in digital lead generation tactics (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, AdWords, Email, Outbound, Prospecting, Nurture, etc.)
· (Preferred) Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business or an analytical field
· (Preferred) Experience in a start-up environment
· (Preferred) Experience in a 2 sided marketplace
