We're looking for a very specific kind of person to join us as a Manager, Supply Operations.
- you have a self-starter mindset, grit, and motivation
- you like to work independently, in a remote team
- you’re open to designing your own job as the company’s needs evolve
- you’re a cloud and collaboration tools native, that means you’re comfortable with all google products, dropbox, trello, slack, etc.
- you have 3 to 5 years experience, preferably in startup environment in ops, customer support/success, or similar roles.
What you’ll do:
Create a trust relationship with medical professionals, take responsibility for managing the entire onboarding process on the supply side of Care Revolutions.
Help determine the timing and content of touch points along the onboarding process, to decrease the time from sign-up to first shift
Ensure medical professionals are compliant with State and industry regulation and with the Care Revolutions Trust and Safety standards.
Design processes, product and communication improvements to scale the onboarding of medical professionals nationwide.
Advocate for medical professionals on product decisions
Track data on leading indicators and medical professional utilization trends to understand what’s going well and what’s not, use this data to provide user-based product and marketing recommendations.
Promote the Referral program, incentivize medical professionals to recommend other medical professionals to Care Revolutions.
