Why is the Production team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s Production team is leading the way for new opportunities in the production realm focusing on health and fitness. They create all the video content for all of our products.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Marketing Data Solutions Product Manager:

• Primary point of contact for AP in the Production Department which includes Invoice routing and coding for all active projects.
• Facilitate Petty Cash requests and reconciliations with AP for both LA and NYC offices and manage & Track Vendor Payments—work with AP to expedite payments when necessary and manage Production Purchase Order process.
• Review monthly AMEX & P-CARD reconciliations and oversee Process and Coding of weekly production freelance payroll—provide top line detail and oracle upload documents to AP before weekly wire deadline.
• Work with AP to set up new vendors; Obtain w9's and facilitate approval process and maintain list of active (and inactive) Freelancers—generate/route CAA forms and facilitate onboarding/off boarding for all freelance contractors, all while working closely with our People Department to provide up-to-date information on Freelancers at all times to ensure ACA compliance.
• Attend monthly production account reviews and provide detail for monthly CAP labor report to Finance (currently being handled by Director of Production), as well as, request certificates of Insurance, Maintain files, track/renew expired COI's and maintain all approved releases and update annually in coordination with Legal.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Entertainment Industry.
• Familiar with EP Payroll, Smart Accounting or Ease Accounting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems, detailed oriented, highly organized, and must be a self-starter.
