FabFitFun is currently looking for an Information Technology expert to completely own our IT processes and provide exceptional internal support to our employees. This is an opportunity to build our company’s IT infrastructure and internal processes from scratch and to be an instrumental leader of FabFitFun’s rapid expansion as one of the US’s fastest growing companies of 2017! This individual will be given the responsibility to develop and implement complex IT processes from the ground up to ensure we have the correct systems and processes in place to continue to make FabFitFun a great place to work as we scale. 

What you’ll do:

  • Work as the primary IT leader for 120+ users at our West Hollywood HQ
  • Develop and implement device management software enabling remote management of all hardware and software
  • Create and deploy company-wide ticketing system for all IT requests 
  • Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
  • Follow up with employees to identify areas of improvement in our current processes
  • Maintain Google App management with new and ongoing employees
  • Implement and oversee areas of need and improvement, including phones, printers, and video conferencing 
  • Report on IT/infrastructure spend 
  • Manage IT support staff to ensure exceptional employee service for all technical issues

What you'll bring:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT Management (startup preferred), with at least 1-2 years of supervisory/management experience. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Apps and Mac OSX environments 
  • Strong experience developing and implementing complex IT processes 
  • Strong degree of technical aptitude
  • Hands on experience with computer networks and working directly with employees on troubleshooting issues both small and large
  • Advanced networking knowledge and ability to troubleshoot; Experience with Zywall is a plus! 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • You have a BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related experience.
