The opportunity:

Reporting to the Director of User Acquisition, the Manager of Growth Marketing will be a key contributor in demand generation and traffic growth for direct-response, user acquisition campaigns. Using inbound paid marketing tactics via Social Media, Partnerships/Affiliate relationships, Search (SEM/SEO), Display and others, you will grow our database and overall company revenues. 

Key responsibilities:


  • Work with the Director of User Acquisition to develop a comprehensive Paid digital marketing strategy that meets and exceeds traffic & donation goals.

  • Execute new and existing user acquisition campaigns at or under allowable cost.

  • Explore new ways to engage and to retarget new social networks and audiences to reach our target users.

  • Make data-driven decisions to optimize acquisition efforts.

  • Drive A/B & multivariate testing programs to continually improve copy, creative, and experience.

  • Ensure efficiency and ROI on paid campaigns, and develop and execute strategies for testing new online and offline channels.

  • Monitor and report the performance of key marketing metrics, as well as activities and events causing variances.

Our ideal candidate:


  • You have 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing. Paid Marketing experience is a must, preferably in Social Media or Affiliate/Partnerships.

  • Experience with various deal structures, including CPM, CPC, and CPA.

  • You have strong quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills.

  • You are able to extract meaning from data and use this to optimize and forecast.

  • You have an expertise in Paid acquisition metrics, platform algorithms, and KPIs.

  • You have a willingness and desire to roll up your sleeves and execute on paid marketing campaigns from top to bottom.

  • You possess excellent writing skills, have a great sense of humor, and can produce quality ad copy quickly.

  • You have experience using Google Analytics and other traffic-monitoring tools.

  • You thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.

  • You love pop-culture, embrace your inner nerd, and keep up-to- date with the latest internet trends.

Location

The office is located in Marina del Rey with easy access to plenty of restaurants. We are close to LAX, beaches and Marina.
