Our mission is to revolutionize transportation and transform cities and supply chains globally. In line with our large ambitions, we need a top-flight legal team to address a wide array of novel and complex legal issues. These include corporate and projecting financing, regulatory affairs, joint ventures and partnership agreements, and intellectual property.

We are hiring our first in-house litigation counsel to help the company deal with all potential litigation as we scale our company within the United States and abroad. This lawyer will also help us manage and think about risk across all legal areas.

Required Qualifications:

• A degree from a top law school
• At least four years of litigation experience at an elite law firm
• Varied litigation experience, including issues generally faced by a growing technology company.
• Ability, where necessary, to run your own cases and manage outside litigation counsel.
• Preference for those also with compliance experience.
• Strong work ethic, high integrity, and experience with technology companies
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team of attorneys and business professionals
• Ability to evaluate business needs practically and work on tight deadlines

 This position is based in our Los Angeles headquarters and reports to the General Counsel.
