Who We’re Seeking:
An experienced and driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager who will be responsible for managing Omaze’s email marketing efforts. You are a leader with a data-driven, creative mind who operates quickly and flawlessly.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the QA and deployment of all emails, ensuring the highest quality and superior user experience
- Create an integrated marketing calendar and execute production schedule to ensure timely delivery of emails, social posts and other brand assets
- Work closely with copywriters and the design team to create best practice emails that generate awareness and excitement around Omaze experiences and drive continued loyalty with our customers
- Oversee the technical integration of and manage our ESP provider. And partner with them and your team to build segmentedemail lists based on strategic campaign plans
- Lead the execution of building dynamic and responsive content for multiple audience segments
- Track, analyze and report on the performance of email with an emphasis on engagement, conversion and growth goals
Our Ideal Candidate:
- You have 4+ years of experience in Email Marketing management with a focus on content, and conversion optimization
- You have hands-on experience and proven track record of managing all aspects of email campaigns from creation to delivery
- You have knowledge of major email service providers, and best practices around CAN-SPAM
- You have a proven background in overseeing technical integrations and working with product and development teams to build effective and efficient email campaigns
