JDE CNC Administrator (JDE-SS)
Job Duties: Provide technical diagnosis, execute performance tuning and system optimization, and make recommendations on design improvements for the corporate JDE EnterpriseOne system; Manage and maintain database operations of JDE EnterpriseOne system; Work with application development team to control code and structure migrations into production, identify performance bottlenecks, recommend solutions, and provide direction to optimize the utilization of resources; Own all JDE CNC activities, including package builds/promotions, ESU installations, Tools upgrades, service packs, and maintenance of OMW and OCM; Maintain Security Workbench (user security and profile management); Manage proactive checks on JDE EnterpriseOne systems and their servers; Work with 3rd party client hosting team to troubleshoot and resolve JDE EnterpriseOne issues; Support the daily operations of systems and appropriately apply resources (internal, contract, and vendor) to ensure integrity and uptime/availability of the enterprise systems; Work with Network Administrator to assess the state of the infrastructure, including servers (Linux server databases), and make recommendations to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and support global operations; Build EnterpriseOne pre-production and production environments.
Education and Experience: Bachelor degree or foreign degree equivalent in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Information Systems or related field and 5 years of related experience.
