THE ROLE
We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Professional Services department. This is an entry-level role with a leading SaaS startup in the heart of Silicon Beach. We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working directly with clients in a team environment and is excited to learn and apply new concepts to help our clients get up and running on the MomentFeed platform. This is a highly visible role within a growing team.
YOU WILL
- Become an expert on the MomentFeed platform and how it empowers brands to better connect with their customers locally and socially
- Setup new client accounts and work with data within the MomentFeed platform
- Own implementation tasks associated to getting new clients live on the MomentFeed platform
- Assist Project Managers during kick-off and status meetings with new clients
- Use Excel spreadsheets to reconcile data into standardized formats through data manipulation
- Syndicate client location data to Facebook, Google, Foursquare, Bing, Apple Maps and other supported networks
- Track and document key findings and deliverables throughout the implementation lifecycle
- Create post implementation reports to drive and prove MomentFeed’s value to the client
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously across a wide range of responsibilities
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelors degree
- Solid organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (formulas, macros, pivot tables)
- Comfortable working face-to-face with clients or customers
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast paced evolving environment
- Ability to travel to customer sites (approximately 10% travel)
BONUS POINTS
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in Keynote/PowerPoint, Salesforce and Wrike
- Familiarity with listing data syndication to networks like Facebook, Google My Business, Foursquare and Bing
- Prior experience at a SaaS company
