FabFitFun is seeking a super motivated and talented individual with a great attitude to join our team, creating and executing impactful PR campaigns for our brands. Our ideal candidate understands and appreciates business goals and has both agency and in-house experience. What You'll Do:

• Build consumer awareness of FabFitFun's beauty and lifestyle brands
• Develop and execute communications strategy/programs that are innovative, exciting, and stand out in a competitive media landscape
• Manage all media relations, consumer events, public relations, publicity, and corporate communications endeavors
• Collaborate with our marketing and product teams to ensure that PR campaigns and concepts are integrated and amplified across all platforms
• Work closely with our external PR team to ensure all goals and objectives are met
• Help build strategic vision and long-term PR planning processes across all brands, ensuring the team achieves marketing goals through innovation and impactful solutions
• Conduct proactive and reactive media relations, building and nurturing relationships with key media contacts and acting as FabFitFun's brand spokesperson when appropriate
• Showcase highly developed writing, research, and presentation skills
• Create, edit, and deliver plans and presentations to ensure a high quality, strategic and creative work product

What You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Journalism, PR, or a related business field
• 5+ years of communications experience, both in-house and in an agency, with a history of driving results for startups
• A commitment to quality, results, and details, as well as the ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines
• History building relationships and working successfully with media, notably for women's fashion, beauty, and lifestyle outlets
• Solid business acumen and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail
• Great energy, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude
• Interest in beauty, fashion, fitness, health
