Bold is looking for a Product Manager to lead feature development, while aligning our product and engineering organization around our member’s needs in order to significantly enhance member activation and engagement impacting company growth goals.

To help us achieve our mission, we are looking to hire a Product Manager with a deep understanding of user research methods and a track record of applying insights to the product development process. This is a full time hybrid role located in LA and will report to our Director of Product Management. 

As a key member of our Product team, here’s what you’ll do:

Key Outcomes: 

  • Increase member activation and engagement rates within the first six months through the development of user-centric features and product enhancements 
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that result in the successful launch of features or improvements that address user needs and pain points
  • Facilitate alignment among teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing, Customer Success and Member Experience), ensuring decisions are made collaboratively and efficiently, successfully tackling conflicts early and building resolution or consensus-building
  • Utilize user feedback and data analytics to inform and adjust the product roadmap, demonstrating a measurable impact on product strategy and user satisfaction

The most important skills for the role are*:

  • 3+ years of experience in product management, with a demonstrated track record of successful feature releases and examples of improving user activation or engagement
  • User Empathy: Deep understanding of user research methods and a track record of applying insights to the product development process 
  • Collaboration & Alignment: Proven ability to facilitate discussions, negotiate, and drive decisions among team members with differing viewpoints 
  • Execution: Strong capability in setting product vision, prioritizing features, and leading product initiatives from conception to launch 
  • Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing user data, market trends, and experiment results to inform product decisions

In addition to the above, it would be great if you also had: 

  • Experience working in healthcare, wellness, fitness or a related industry
  • Experience in a fast paced startup environment

Compensation: 

We’re committed to an inclusive, consistent, and equitable approach to compensation and anticipate that this position will earn between $145,000 and $165,000 annually. The exact salary will depend on the amount of relevant and transferable experience you bring to the role. You will also receive meaningful equity in the form of a stock option grant.
