With just a few taps in our app, a car will be delivered to our customers! We’ve built a team of insanely talented, ambitious problem-solvers. This position is based out of our HQ in Culver City however you will be the face of Skurt in all of Southern California which currently includes 3 markets: Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego.

• Must have an MBA

• Experience managing a team in a high-paced environment 

• Marketing and Operations background 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills 

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality 

• Ability to listen and understand a wide range of customer inquiries 

• Problem solving and conflict resolution skills 

• Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment 

• Must be willing to occasionally travel between all 3 markets

• Leadership skills

• Prior GM / City Manager / Community Manager experience 

• Rental car operations experience 

• Previous start-up experience
