Functional Associate    

The Functional Associate is a key member of the Velocify implementation team. The Associate is mainly responsible for implementing and training standard clients. They will also assist other team members on more complex projects with configuration of the Velocify application.

Responsibilities:

• Perform standard implementations and training
• Assist with multiple projects from opportunity and statement of work creation through to implementation and post implementation support 
• Candidate must quickly understand and follow the Velocify implementation methodology
• Actively participate in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing
• Interact with internal Velocify team members as well as client IT team and business users
• Demonstrate ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively
• Committed to gaining exposure in multiple industries while further developing your career
• Remain technically competent in Velocify applications

• Passion for technology
• Must be extremely organized and have strong presentation skills
• Analytical problem solving skills
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
• Collaborative but as well able to work independently and effectively
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
• B.S. or B.A. College Degree (ideally technical oriented studies)
