FP&A Manager - Corporate
We are looking for an FP&A Manager to join our fun, dynamic, and high-performing Finance team. Your primary responsibilities will include the management of our corporate forecasting and budgeting process, including collaboration with executives across the company to run the process for maximum impact and efficiency; creation of consolidated financials and analysis to drive insights and operational performance; and oversight of related systems and tools. Additionally, you will be involved in projects with exposure to the CFO and other senior management. The successful candidate will have the aptitude to manage large projects with intricate dependencies, understand complex data structures and interactions amongst different systems, and enjoy tackling difficult problems. We are looking for someone who has intellectual curiosity and shows initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Management of our forecasting and budgeting process and system
- Help drive company-wide monthly forecasting and annual budgeting process
- Lead and project manage the implementation of a new forecasting & budgeting tool by collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensure involvement and buy-in from all stakeholders (FP&A, Accounting, Business Intelligence, senior management, and external vendors).
- Drive the on-going optimization of our forecast process and enhancement of the system
- Produce consolidated financial statements and analysis for senior management
- Partner with finance and accounting teams to drive deliverables and improve processes
- Provide thought leadership and ad hoc support to the broader finance team and CFO
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in forecasting, financial modeling, analysis, and project management
- Bachelor's degree required, with a major in Finance, Accounting, FIS, Economics, or Math (Statistics) preferred
- Understand financial statements and basic accounting principals
- Expertise in Oracle EPM Hyperion Planning, Adaptive Insights, Prophix, or the equivalent strongly preferred
- Exceptional project management skills
- Comfort working with large data sets
- Well-versed in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to senior leadership
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Strong work ethic and ability to work extended hours
- Easily adapt to changing environment and responsibilities based on organizational needs
