Why is the Operations Department Important to Beachbody?

The Beachbody Operations team is responsible for the specific way in which our products are delivered to the customer. This key team has their hands in the supply chain and planning functions of the entire company.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Executive Director, Global Fulfillment?

• Driving Beachbody’s customer experience results through customer-centric Fulfillment solutions across global markets
• Partnering with cross-functional leadership teams to establish mutual goals that align with strategic plans and continues to drive scalable growth
• Developing and leveraging internal and external partnerships and networks to maximize the achievement of Beachbody’s business goals
• Cultivating an environment where team members respect and adhere to company standards of integrity and ethics
• Developing and implementing strategies to attract and maintain a highly skilled and engaged workforce

We’d love to chat if you have…

• 8-10 years of relevant fulfillment or distribution experience with a heavy emphasis on eCommerce in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or technical area required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA or equivalent strongly preferred
• Strong Operations leadership with solid financial acumen, as well as software methodology experience, including tools, techniques, and successful on-time, on-budget track record
• Able to define clear, concise performance metrics, develop dashboards and KPIs, and measure and deliver world-class results
• Proven leadership experience managing multiple levels of team members, exempt and non-exempt, including senior managers, and including mentoring and coaching activities. As well as experience setting the vision and operational plans for large teams in a dynamic environment
