Executive Assistant to the CEO/Founder
Job Description
Assist CEO with both professional and personal duties including:
- Manage and maintain CEO’s schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
- Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
- Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
- Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors
- Interact with external clients
- File and retrieve documents and reference materials
- Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
- Care for CEO's dog when CEO is out of town or at CEO’s request
- Respond to other ad hoc assistant tasks at CEO’s request
- Order and manage office supply needs
- Fulfill customer orders
- Help with photo shoots
- Assist with company social media, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram
