Each month, Loot Crate ships a themed mystery box of the best gear, apparel and collectibles to a subscriber base of over 200k geek, gaming, and pop culture fanatics we call Looters. We emphasize phenomenal support and content, and include licensed product from the most respected entertainment, media, and consumer product companies in the world.

What You'll Do

• Design and build integrations between multiple applications and platforms. Including but not limited to: Netsuite, Salesforce, JIRA/Confluence, Billing Software, IpaaS, Tax Applications, SQL and Amazon Databases.
• Develop and deploy custom automated solutions for financially impacting business process, and publish corresponding documentation
• Coordination across multiple teams to align projects, business goals and timelines
• Serve as Administrator and knowledge expert for all systems managed under the Business Systems umbrella

What Defines Success:

• Gathering comprehensive business requirements across all stakeholders and teams in advance of project, with consistent UAT and requirements checks throughout development.
• Successful deployment and adoption of programs/processes developed across stakeholders and departments
• Increased confidence in record data integrity throughout customer, subscription, and inventory data
• Reduction in manual processes company-wide

Qualifications Needed: 

Programming Languages/Technical Skills:

• Must Know: SQL (PostgreSQL/Amazon Redshift), Javascript, SuiteScript (Netsuite custom API)
• Nice to Know or Can Learn: XML, RESTful communications, BASH/Shell, Powershell
• Preferred But Not Required: Ruby, Rails, Google BigQuery, Python, HTML/CSS

Systems:

• Familiarity with:
  • Netsuite (or comparable system such as Oracle, SAP, or Dynamics)
  • Salesforce
  • JIRA (Or comparable agile/project management software)
  • IpaaS applications

Education/Background:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or similar programs.
• 2-5 Years work experience with Data Management, Financial Applications, Accounting and Business Process
• Comfortable working with basic Accounting requirements and GAAP
