Why is the Technology team important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s technology team is leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm focusing on health and fitness. They provide consumer-facing ecommerce experiences and high traffic CRM for our Coach Network users which are supported by enterprise applications for Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine. 

 

What will you be doing at Beachbody as an Engineer II Field Service:

  • Provides tier 1 and 2 technical support to all users.
  • Provisions and maintains end user software, systems and equipment.
  • Troubleshoots hardware, software, and network issues, escalating to the responsible area with accurate information, when applicable.
  • Processes requests for access and the addition of new groups, systems, applications or users in a timely manner.
  • Supports office moves and set up of end-user computing equipment.
  • Maintains tickets in ticket system.
  • Delivers excellent customer service by retaining ownership of the incident, providing regular progress updates to the end user.
  • Identifies opportunities for enhancements to known solutions within the knowledge base.
  • Contributes to service improvement projects. 

We’d love to chat if you have:

  • 3-6 years of technical support experience, supporting end-user computing devices.
  • Working experience troubleshooting Windows and Mac operating systems.
  • Working experience troubleshooting mobile operating systems (iOS and Android).
  • Working experience of Microsoft Office products.
  • Working experience with single sign-on solutions.
  • Working experience with Identity and Access solutions.
  • Maintain a positive can-do partnership attitude while working with teams, cross-functional teams and cross-functional business units.
  • Detail oriented, self-organized, and capable of simultaneously tracking multiple issues of varying complexity.
  • Communicate fluently, presenting complex information in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences.
