Email Marketing Manager
The Email Marketing Manager will develop, own and manage the production and development of highly effective acquisition and retention marketing emails with team members, business partners, and stakeholders. You will provide guidance and insights on visual creative assets and copywriting to maximize conversion, and be responsible for continuously improving and raising response and conversion rates through messaging and content adjustments. In addition, provide recommendations to ensure that all email creative is high quality, delivered on time, and meet or exceed response and conversion goals and metrics.
The position requires a blend of exceptional marketing, communication, and project management skills, along with creativity and a deep understanding of marketing psychology. The Email Marketing Manager must be able to anticipate the needs of partners and stakeholders and work within tight deadlines.

Qualifications Needed:
- 4+ years’ experience in email or digital acquisition marketing, preferably in a B2C subscription oriented, direct response, or e-commerce business
- Project management experience
- Proven experience with successful email marketing creatives
- Proficient experience with an ESP such as SailThru, Mandrill, Mailchimp, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS coding for email and familiarity with responsive design
