We’re currently looking to add a dynamic, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition Director to our HR team at GoGuardian. Reporting to the CHRO, the Talent Acquisition Leader will manage a team to deliver on hiring targets while achieving a best in class candidate experience balanced with stellar hiring manager satisfaction scores. You will partner closely with managers to understand hiring needs in order to ensure proper resource allocation and timely results. 
Success Factors
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor and motivate a team of recruiters and sourcers. Guide team to continuous exploration of creative recruiting strategies and practices.
  • Recruiting Process: Assign reqs and projects to team members and monitor resource loads to balance costs versus impact on recruiting targets. Actively recruit on select positions within group.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Compile and analyze data and metrics for regular and ad hoc reports. Ensure that data input by team is accurate and timely.
  • TA Strategy: Build the organization capacity to compete for top talent through core strategic projects related to Branding, Sourcing, Candidate Experience and Reporting.
Capabilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • 5-7 years recruiting experience within a fast-paced environment, startup experience preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and desire to lead a strong, dynamic team, to include at least 2 years leading TA.
  • Results-oriented with demonstrated strategic thinking, innovation, and flexibility in dealing with changing and ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent consultative influence management skills in order to lead and partner on talent needs in the business.
  • Strong analytical and metrics orientation with ability to use metrics to gain awareness and visibility to support a position and to “paint a picture.”
  • Outstanding project management skills including successful leadership of projects from planning phase through completion.
  • Stellar written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to positively communicate with all levels in the organization in an effective manner.
