Why are the Technology teams important to Beachbody?

Beachbody’s technology teams are leading the way for new opportunities in the digital realm, with the continued growth of the highly successful Beachbody On Demand streaming subscription service. We provide applications from consumer-facing eCommerce and high traffic CRM for our Coach network to data platforms and core enterprise applications which are at the heart of Beachbody's order processing and fulfillment engine. 

What will you be doing at Beachbody as a Director, Program Management (Digital Acquisition):

• Day to day project management responsibilities for newly created cross-functional Acquisition product and engineering team.  Drives execution not only within the Acquisition team but across company departments such as Legal, Finance, Customer Service, etc
• Manages external development partners as well as significant integration with internal development and business teams
• Day to day Scrum Master responsibilities for the Acquisition engineering team which is made up of development resources for our Apple, Android, Web, Roku, and Amazon Fire products, includes facilitation of all ceremonies, tracking and removing impediments
• Assists the Product Owner with the product backlogs to ensure they are consistently groomed and maintained well in advance of upcoming sprints

We’d love to chat if you:

• BA / BS degree in related field or equivalent combination of industry related professional experience and education
• 10+ years of demonstrated Project Management and Scrum Master experience in any well-known software environment
• Demonstrated Agile delivery expertise, with a strong preference of having experience in Scaled Agile Frameworks
• Expert in all facets of the Agile process with particular excellence in estimation and planning
• Demonstrated experience using backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity, and sprint reporting
• Expert in use of Confluence and Jira. 
• Communicates fluently, presenting complex information in a way that is easily understood by both technical and non-technical audiences
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
• Strong analytical, problem solving, organizational, and prioritization skills
• Experience working with and relying on external vendors
