We are looking for a scrappy, detail-oriented hustler to play a key role in moving the company forward. You'll be constantly tacking new challenges, and finding ways to get things done and keep the company on track.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supply Chain Management - forecasting, tracking inventory, managing vendor relationships, driving optimization
- Supply Chain Finance - tracking, analyzing, and forecasting cash flows
- Customer Service - managing our team of offsite CS agents, rolling up your sleeves and handing customer tickets yourself when needed, process optimization
Some things that are probably true about you:
- You have 1-5 years of experience in an analytical position (startups, management consulting, finance)
- You have a reputation for being super detail-oriented
- You have experience, competency, and curiosity with/for SaaS tools
- You're a process-minded, systems thinker, and can't stand inefficiencies
- You score high on backbone, integrity, and empathy
- You've got startup/A-player DNA and can find ways to get sht done
