Why is the Operations Department Important to Beachbody?

The Beachbody Operations team is responsible for the specific way in which our products are delivered to our customers. This key team has their hands in the supply chain and planning functions of the entire company.

What will you be doing at Beachbody as the Director, Global Inventory Control?

• Driving Beachbody’s customer experience results through exacting inventory controls, accuracy, and reporting that ensures customers can buy what they want, when they want it
• Partnering with cross-functional leadership teams, including Finance and service providers, to establish mutual goals that align with strategic plans and continues to drive scalable growth
• Implementing and managing systematic inventory control and reconciliation processes for new and existing sites
• Driving and employing best practices for cycle counting – ensure sites use and understand appropriate templates, reporting, and inventory controls
• Audit sites’ inventory control and order management processes for accuracy while providing immediate feedback for process improvements

We’d love to chat if you have…

• 6-8 years of relevant inventory control experience with a heavy emphasis on eCommerce controls and cycle counting in a high-growth environment
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, inventory management, or technical area required, or the equivalent combination of education and experience; prefer MBA
• Strong leadership skills. Must be able to lead and influence effectively by setting direction as well as demonstrating key leadership traits.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze complex business processes and identify risk; apply sound, well-balanced reasoning to each decision quickly and accurately
• Strong project management and time management skills; demonstrated analytical capabilities, effectively identifying and resolving problems in high visibility, high stress situations
