Director of Engineering, QA

We're looking for a Director of Engineering, QA to join Snap Inc! Working closely with the Engineering team, you will be building a QA team that focuses on both mobile test automation and agile approaches to manual testing and release management.
What you'll do:
- Manage the overall testing strategy for both mobile and backend testing
- Staff and mentor a team of awesome software developers and QA engineers in a fast-paced, quick-to-market engineering environment.
- Work closely with product engineering leaders to continue improving the quality of our software, as well as completing deliverables more rapidly.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Experienced in test automation, mobile preferred
- Proven track record of developing testing and releasing processes that allow for dozens of independent engineering teams to integrate their product changes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
- Someone who can communicate well with executives and non-technical leaders
