Strategically and tactically, the ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing ROI by selecting targets, determining the appropriate program mix, forecasting, measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of demand generation using marketing software.  

You will:

  • Oversee overall demand /lead generation strategy and programs
  • Produce and drive new and nurtured lead generation goals and forecasts
  • Manage digital marketing, SEO, and SEM operations including campaigns, content development, landing pages, and reporting
  • Implement, manage, measure, and analyze email and drip campaigns
  • Create, launch, and test landing pages to increase funnel conversion
  • Present lead generation dashboards in weekly sales & marketing meetings, providing reporting updates on funnel status for leads based on information within Marketo and Salesforce
  • Collaborate seamlessly with leadership and sales- working on creating and updating sales messaging when needed 

Must haves:

  • 4+ years experience managing complex media campaigns
  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally in math, statistics, finance or other quantitative focused area of study
  • Must be meticulous with details, possess amazing multi-tasking skills, and superior communication skills
  • Ability to think analytically and as well as creatively and keen on always improving processes
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and managing requests with a results oriented attitude
  • Possesses strong curiosity for emerging media platforms/tech-stack
  • Must feel comfortable autonomously coordinating and executing various initiatives
  • Enjoys Marketing-tech, innovative and emerging methodologies, and LOVES data
  • Proficient in SEM bidtools (doubleclick, Kenshoo, Marin)
  • Proficent in Salesforce, Hubspot, Facebook Business Manager, DoubleClick, Marin, Kenshoo
  • Google Analytics and Google Adwords certified
  • Knowledge of Bizible a plus
  • Knowledge of VBA, SQL, Gdocs/Excel, must know what pivot tables are!
