WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity and gather consensus on requirements
  • Identify key performance indicators, strive for improvement, and communicate progress
  • Create a long-term vision/high level roadmap of deliverables to increase accountability
  • Prioritize and maintain a backlog of requirements with input from all stakeholders
  • Write detailed product specifications and manage a cross-functional team to deliver those requests
  • Continuously evaluate the competitive landscape and think critically about how their strategy compares against our own

THE ROLE:

The Digital Product Manager for Sports Crate is responsible for building and managing the Sports Crate online experience, from the shopping experience through the ongoing management of subscriptions. You will partner closely with the Brand team who own strategy and execution for the physical products and manages the P&L. They will translate the business strategy into the most effective online executions to achieve the business goals. 

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

  •  Minimum 5 years of related professional experience 
  •  Demonstrated success in managing a product across all aspects of its lifecycle 
  •  Strong technical understanding and experience in software development and web technologies 
  •  Ongoing study of current and new technologies and solutions 
  •  Proven ability to manage cross functional teams through influence 
  •  Strong problem solving skills and willingness to contribute 
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  •  Passion for sports a plus 
  •  BS degree or equivalent experience
