We are looking for an experienced Art Director, who is great with After Effects, to conceptualize and design/execute ads for Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, and beyond. Ad agency experience is a must and experience refining and testing creative until it works is ideal. Someone who understands the anatomy of what makes a great digital ad, and knows how to makes ads that work on a brand, and customer acquisition level. This person will be a part of the Content & Creative team and work closely with the Marketing & Acquisitions team. 

The Digital Art Director will work on their own, and with writers, to produce strong, cohesive, well-thought out ads!

What’ll you’ll bring:

• Deep understanding of the anatomy of ads that work on all social media platforms.
• Background that includes both agency and in-house experience.
• A portfolio that shows some fashion or beauty is preferred, but not mandatory if you otherwise demonstrate a passion for the subject.
