Developer Relations Manager

We’re looking for a Developer Relations Manager to join Snap Inc! You will be working closely with the Engineering and Product Management teams to build core ad products on Snapchat: Snap Ads, which are Vertical Videos, Viewed by Choice; and Unlockables, which include Sponsored Geofilters, Lenses, and other unique ad products. Working from our Venice, CA headquarters, you will focus on how our partners can best monetize advertising products on Snapchat.
What you'll do:
- Develop a deep understanding of our monetization-related products and their underlying implementations
- Educate developers on our monetization-related products
- Continuously gather feedback and requirements from partners
- Help manage relationships with both internal and external technical teams
- Troubleshoot partners’ technical issues
- Work closely with internal engineering teams to recreate, prioritize, and triage bugs
- Work closely with the monetization product management to prioritize partner needs
- Be Snap Inc.’s internal champion for external partners, as well as an evangelist for our developers
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, with experience building commercial software
- 3+ years of partner engineering or solutions engineering experience at a consumer or enterprise technology company
- A personable engineer with management, business development, and product-related skills
- Ability to initiate and drive projects to completion with minimal guidance
- Ability to communicate the results of analyses in a clear and effective manner
