About the Opportunity
ServiceTitan is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic startup in Glendale, CA. This position will report to the Manager of Sales Operations, and will enjoy having a high impact to a rapidly growing tech startup. ServiceTitan is a SaaS company providing a business management software solution to the Home Services vertical. The applicant will be a passionate, hard-working finance professional with proven technical skills in financial planning and analysis, strong accounting background, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Source large, disparate data sets from various lead sources, process data to standardize and remove duplicates, create upload file for CRM aggregation, and package into concise, informative reports, subsequently communicating and explaining results to business owners.
- Ensure that all information meets data governance requirements prior to CRM upload and conduct routine data governance compliance reports
- Conduct manual data sourcing activities as needed, in addition to working with various vendors to ensure that lead sourcing activities meet standards
- Create and analyze KPI reports that convey the current health of the lead pipeline, including making recommendations on new opportunities and suggestions on how to remediate issues
- Evaluating processes to drive efficiencies in data collection, governance, and management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or Finance
- 1-3 years experience working with disparate data sets
- Expert proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- VBA and SQL Experience preferred
- Experience in SaaS or Start-up environment preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve.
- Self-motivated and able to work with little direct supervision.
- Strong written, verbal and analytical skills.
