Wipfli is seeking a Digital Asset Management and Technology Specialist to manage marketing-led digital tools with a focus on digital asset management but including other existing and future tools and platforms. This role will also serve as the primary librarian for marketing assets housed in the asset management system.
Primary responsibilities include understanding the firm's business goals and ensuring system alignment with these goals, general management and maintenance of the tools, documenting user guidance, training users, managing integration with other systems, and serving as the relevant subject matter expert.
Responsibilities include:
• System administration - manage application access, security, configuration and maintenance
• Data and asset governance - sets, maintains and monitors taxonomy
• Understand stakeholder audiences and design and implement content model to support each group's need to see and interact with content
• Oversee inflow of DAM assets and ensure quality of Metadata
• Trainer - train users within the marketing team and serves as primary point of contact for the rest of the firm
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 3-6 years of asset or system management experience.• Experience delivering projects on time with project management software, such as Wrike, Azure DevOps and JIRA.• Foundational skills in UI/UX strategy and design.
• Direct experience with digital asset management systems. Aprimo experience preferred.• Basic experience in XML and JSON
• Is an excellent communicator and proactively supports and aligns internal resources toward execution.• Must be able to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and coordinate multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.• Must be able to understand business objectives and how they translate to use of systems and tools.• Strong analytical/reporting skills and data-driven thinking• Ability to educate internal stakeholders and the greater marketing organization on asset management best practices.

Wipfli supports equal pay for equal work and values each candidate's unique experiences and skill sets. The estimated pay range for this position is: $50,000 to $82,000. Compensation within the range is determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, individuals' skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, business needs and applicable employment laws.
Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
