Customer Service Rep (Temporary, Possible Full-Time)
Do you thrive in a fast-paced atmosphere? Do you love helping people, technology, solving problems and providing top notch service? inklocker is a growing startup and is looking for a Customer Service Rep to help provide outstanding service to our customers.

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will use your problem solving and people skills while working directly with our customers to address their questions through multiple channels – phone, email & live chat. You are patient, empathetic and passionate about providing “white glove” service to our customers. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and are savvy working with a variety of systems and technology. The hours & schedule for the role are variable.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to calls, emails, and live chats from customers in accordance with our policies and procedures
• Handle and resolve all customer concerns by providing accurate information with empathy and grace
• Provide assistance with processing orders, customizing designs, and general order information
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately in our CRM and order systems
• Use support tools & training including our knowledge base to respond to inquiries and ensure our customer’s satisfaction
• Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with leadership
• Able to work a flexible/variable hour schedule including weekends based on business needs

About You:
• High School diploma required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• 1-3 years of experience working with customers in one or more contact channels – including phone, email or live chat
• Comfortable using technology; familiarity and experience with placing orders online
• Able to take direction and quickly learn new procedures, processes, and products
• Able to positively and efficiently resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Able to communicate and work well with team members and leadership
• Able to and resolve customer concerns and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high volume environment
• Able to acknowledge areas of weakness and ask for resources to strengthen them
• High attention to detail, organized and able to follow through
• Knowledgeable and interested in design, printing, and small businesses is a plus
• Experience with order management software a plus
