Customer Success Enablement provides the customer success department with the resources needed to drive effectiveness and efficiency. The Customer Success Project Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and optimization of strategic initiatives. The role will oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, and execution of projects ensuring consistency with company and department strategy.

The ideal candidate will bring critical thinking and problem-solving skills to the planning and organization of projects, to ensure they are executed successfully and within a timely manner. This is a hands-on position - and must be willing to “roll up the sleeves” and get things done.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with CS leadership to coordinate and effectively run initiatives, develop the timeline and prioritize all tasks.
• Own CS initiatives from start to finish - work with key stakeholders to determine project strategy, goals, specifications, production timelines, and communicate timelines to related parties, follow-up, and see through to the finish line.
• Work with each team within the CS organization, including Implementation, Customer Success, and Support, to manage the day to day activities from the initiation of a project through to completion.
• Responsible for tracking project workflow and ensuring all project delivery dates are met for both internal and external clients.
• In coordination with CS Enablement team, develop best practice sharing and exhibit strong internal communication.
• Identify successes, trends, and potential problem areas for senior leadership and Customer Success department heads.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years working in a technology or startup environment (including internships)
• Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing projects of varying complexity and delivering them within specified timeframes and budgets
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment, think quickly, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
• Knowledge of SaaS customer lifecycle, processes, and best practices a plus
