Customer Success Administrator

Reporting to the Director, Customer Success, the Customer Success Administrator acts as administrative support for the Sales Representative team. 

What will you do in this role? 

• Answer incoming phone calls within the sales department and effectively determines the needs of each caller.
• Support sales in processing customer orders, returns, and other inquiries promptly and accurately by keying in data.
• Assist customers with purchase orders and customer returns questions and inquiries.
• Communicate knowledge and understanding of Alfred Music products and policies. 
• Assist in other areas or departments as needed. 

Qualifications: 

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• 1+ year experience working in a call-center environment preferred

Knowledge of: 

• Professional sales concepts, strategies and methodology
• Basic knowledge of music concepts
• Proper English usage, grammar and punctuation
• Basic mathematical computation;
• Company products, sales practices, and discount and receivable policies; competing products from other publishers; short and long-term company sales goals.
• Bilingual preferred.

• Communicate effectively orally and in writing with dealers, buyers and others both within and outside of the company
• Organize time and adjust work priorities
• Maintain effective communication with customers
• Be tactful, diplomatic, and courteous in sales contacts
• Work cooperatively in a team environment
• Help others as needed
• Use judgment and creativity to solve problems.
• Must be licensed and insured to drive a motor vehicle.
