Responsibilities Include:
- Check in with current clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
- Make outbound calls to follow up with leads regarding opportunities to attend consultation and training events
- Take detailed notes about each call made/received
- Share information collected with sales account managers
What You’ll Need:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, via email and in-person
- Ability to quickly assess and solve customer issues
- Basic PC knowledge
- Customer service related experience is a strong plus
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to work from part-time between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm
