Responsibilities Include:

• Check in with current clients via phone and email to ensure customer satisfaction
• Make outbound calls to follow up with leads regarding opportunities to attend consultation and training events
• Take detailed notes about each call made/received
• Share information collected with sales account managers

What You’ll Need:

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively on the phone, via email and in-person
• Ability to quickly assess and solve customer issues
• Basic PC knowledge
• Customer service related experience is a strong plus
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to work from part-time between the hours of 7 am and 4 pm
